Shipping Areas
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- International destinations
We hope to expand shipping availability in the future.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Large flooring orders, oversized materials, or high-volume shipments may require additional handling time. Customers will be contacted if any delays occur.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods vary depending on the size and type of product ordered.
Orders may ship via:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- LTL Freight Carrier
Oversized woven flooring materials may ship rolled and packaged separately to ensure safe transport.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Certain promotional offers may include special shipping rates or free shipping promotions within eligible areas of the continental United States.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select products at our warehouse location by appointment only.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
Typical transit times:
- Standard parcel shipments: 2–7 business days
- Freight shipments: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Freight Deliveries
Some oversized flooring orders may require freight delivery service.
For freight shipments:
- Customers may be contacted to schedule delivery
- Someone may need to be present to receive and inspect the shipment
- Freight carriers may provide curbside delivery only
Please inspect all freight shipments carefully upon arrival.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Note any visible damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Claims reported after 48 hours may not qualify for carrier reimbursement.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Syntec Industries is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped when available.
Freight shipments may receive separate delivery coordination from the carrier.
