Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-cut flooring materials
- Special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Installed or used products
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or improper installation
Due to the nature of oversized woven flooring materials, slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact Syntec Industries to request return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise to prevent shipping damage.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Oversized flooring materials may require freight return service, which can be costly depending on size and destination.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Retain all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds may be reduced if returned items show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return process outlined above.
Custom-cut or special-order products may not be canceled once production or preparation has begun.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability prior to installation.
Syntec Industries is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, or secondary damages related to improper installation or product misuse.
